We aim to provide an excellent customer experience, whether the customer is a citizen of Yorkshire, a visitor to the county, an employee, contractor, supplier, a national or other regional authority, or international organisation.
Excellent customer service involvesmeeting and surpassing expectations. It means showing the customer how important he or she is to the Executive by interacting with he or she in a friendly, helpful, and positive way.
